Flip
The Flip operator realizes the function of image flipping through the remapping of pixels in the form of horizontal flipping and vertical flipping.

Principle
The horizontal flip formula is as follows:
dst(x,y)=src(width−x,y)
The vertical flip formula is as follows:
dst(x,y)=src(x,height−y)
dst is the output image, src is the input image, height is the image height, and width is the image width.
